Discord bot
Celica
An internal giveaway bot operated by the Punishing: Gray Raven Discord Community Team. It accepts entry submissions, lets staff pick winners from the server member list, from the entry pool, or from the authors of recent messages in a chosen channel, and stores the channel, excluded-role, and multiple-entry settings operators configure. Everything it keeps lives in a local SQLite file on the host that runs it.

Data at a glance
- Entry submissions
- One row per submitted entry: the submitter's Discord user ID, the URL of the file they submitted, and the timestamp. No nickname, profile, or other account detail.
- Winner selection reads
- Depends on the mode the operator picks. All members: the server's member list with each member's user ID, roles, and bot flag, held in memory while the roll runs. Entries: the user IDs of past submitters, checked against the current member list. Messages: the author user ID of recent messages in a chosen channel up to a limit the operator sets, held in memory while the roll runs. The text and attachments of those messages are never extracted, recorded, or transmitted.
- Server configuration
- Operator settings, not member data: the entry-submission channel ID, the administrative log channel ID, a list of role IDs excluded from winner selection, a flag controlling whether a member may submit more than one entry, and the time of the most recent change to each.
- Messages the bot posts in the server
- If a submit channel is configured, a public post naming the submitter and linking the submitted file. If a log channel is configured, a warning post including the submitter's Discord username (for example Name#1234) and the reason for the warning.
- Error monitoring reports
- Only if the operator configures a monitoring service: operational logs and error reports on failures and certain routine events, which may include user IDs, channel IDs, server IDs, or command names. Never message text or attachment content.
