Data at a glance

Moderation records
Per action: the affected member's and the moderator's Discord user IDs, the guild ID, the action type (ban, mute, warn, report), the moderator's reason text, an evidence image URL when attached, the mute duration in milliseconds for mutes, and for event disqualifications the event names and channel IDs. A user report also records the reporter's Discord user ID, the reported user's Discord user ID, the reason text, and — when a specific message is reported through the context-menu option — the full text and attachment URLs of that message.
Ban appeal text and votes
Per appeal: the appellant's Discord user ID, the guild ID, the appeal-message ID, three free-text fields (understanding of the original ban reason, why they should be unbanned, and agreement to follow the rules), and per-voter records (which user voted with which emoji and when). A 30-day re-appeal cooldown per user is kept in a local file.
Member management actions
Channel locks and unlocks (channel ID), nickname and role changes (the affected member's ID, the acting moderator's ID, and the action taken — the new nickname value is mirrored into the staff-only logs channel but is not persisted to a database column), and free-form staff notes (note text plus an optional attached image URL).
Message logs
For every message edit or delete in a configured logging channel: the message ID, channel ID, and author ID, the full message text as it was before and after an edit (or as it was at deletion), the URLs of any image or file attachments, and the edit or delete timestamp. The text and attachment URLs are kept in the staff-only logs channel and are not written to the bot's database.
Reaction-role log entries
When a member who holds a configured role reacts to a message with a configured emoji: the reactor's Discord user ID, the message ID, channel ID, and guild ID, the category label the operator assigned to that reaction, and the source message's text plus any image attachments mirrored into the log entry.
News message tracking
For each post in a configured News channel by a member who holds a configured News role: the author's Discord user ID, message ID, channel ID, and the configured source channel ID. No message content is stored.
Staff timezone preferences
Per staff member: the Discord user ID and an IANA timezone string (e.g. 'Asia/Manila') so staff-only commands can render times in the member's local zone.
Guild settings
Per-server configuration: channel IDs, role IDs, invite links used by the appeal flow, and module on/off toggles. Operator configuration, not member data.
